How can I get a quote on an order? 

In order to ensure an accurate quote, fill out this form with your contact details and I will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Where are you located? Can you deliver? 

I can deliver within a reasonable distance. I am located in Newcastle, NSW. A delivery surcharge starts at a base rate of $10 as an additional cost and will increase depending on the time it will take.

What if I'm running late to pickup?

I am a small business so I will hold your cake for 15mins after the proposed pickup time, if you do not give a reason for the delay past this time frame you are required to pay a late fee of $10 every 10 minutes. If you provide a reason, please reschedule a time better suitable.

 

How long in advance can I book an order?

To complete your order to the highest standard possible, you must place the order at a minimum of 1 month prior to your event.

 

Do you require any payment when we place an order? 

Yes! In the business world, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all orders. Once the deposit has been made one month before your preferred date, your order has been successfully confirmed and secure. The final 50% must be paid a week prior to the date.

 

Once I send my quote form, is my order guaranteed? 

Unfortunately no, not until you receive an invoice and make the non-refundable 50% deposit a month before the date. I will contact you within three days in order to confirm the details of your order, once you are happy the invoice can be emailed out and your order secured. 

 

I have an image of the design I would like to have. Can I send you that image and have you replicate it? 

Here at The Cooling Rack we do not copy other people's work, however, you may send a photo we can use as a source(s) of inspiration!

 

Do you do allergy free or vegan products? 

Yes! As of yet, I am currently able to produce a successful Vegan and Gluten Free chocolate cake. In regards to other flavours and any other allergy-free products, I will change this status immediately once I approve of another successful product.
