Hello!

My name is Sabrina Hulse, I'm a 20-year-old student at the University of Newcastle undertaking a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. I have completed a Certificate II in Retail Baking: Cake & Pastry combined course from 2014-2015 at Hamilton TAFE Campus in Newcastle. 

 

I bake more than just cakes, have created beautiful pastry swans out of delicate choux-pastry, simple to extravagant cupcakes, melt in your mouth meringues and just started practising the art of sugarcraft.  

 

I am very open to exploring new ideas and upcoming trends, constantly expanding my knowledge on all things edible and building upon the skills I have gained.
